ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
1. Ph.D. Degree (Doctor of Philosophy)
The College offers Ph.D., on a part time basis. The regulations of the Bharathiar University will be followed for the selection of the candidates.
2. M.Phil. Degree (Master of Philosophy)
Candidates with Masters Degree in Physical Education of the Bharathiar University or of any other University recognised by the Bharathiar University as equivalent there to will be eligible.
3. M.P.Ed. Degree Course (Master of Physical Education)
Candidates with B.P.Ed. with at least 50% marks or B.P.E. (3 years) with at least 50% marks under the regular stream of 10+2+3+1.
b) Admission shall be made either on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination or in the entrance examination conducted by the University/State Government as per the policy of the State Government/University to which the institution is affiliated.
4. B.P.Ed., Degree Course (Bachelor of Physical Education)
a) Graduate in Physical Education, i.e. B.P.E. of three year duration with 45% marks.
(or)
Graduate with at least 45% marks, having represented State/University in sports/games/athletics.
(or)
Graduate with at least 45% marks, who has secured 1st, 2nd or 3rd position in inter-collegiate sports/games tournaments/possessing NCC ‘C’ Certificate or passed basic course in adventure sports.

Graduate with at least 45% marks and with one year training programme in sports science, sports management, sports coaching, yoga, olympic education, sports journalism etc |
