PROSPECTUS
Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya was started in the year 1930. It stands for the educational ideals preached and practised by Sri Ramakrishna, Swami Vivekananda and Mahatma Gandhi. It cherishes a life of purity and discipline, simplicity and service and nourishes the ideal that work is worship and labour is love. The Vidyalaya believes that the greatness of a man is not to be judged by the work he does, but by the attitude, outlook and devotion with which he does it. The youth of the nation should be trained to develop spiritual strength, intellectual independence and moral character. They must also learn discipline and capacity to work in cooperation with others. The student life in the Vidyalaya is organised with these ideals in view.
Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya Maruthi College of Physical Education is one of the institutions in the Vidyalaya which is situated at the 20th K.M. from Coimbatore on the Coimbatore-Mettupalayam Road.
